Rôles & Responsabilités

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Quantitative Risk Management (QRM). This role is crucial for driving the digital transformation of our clients.


Responsibilities:



  • Model business processes and guide the business in redesigning their processes.

  • Identify business needs and translate them into business requirements in the form of epics/features/user stories.

  • Challenge the business regarding their needs and the to-be processes.

  • Develop necessary business information models to describe the information needed to realize various requirements (e.g., interfaces, screens, reports).

  • Harmonize business processes across different departments and between the company and its sister company.

  • Align and validate requirements between/with the business and IT.

  • Validate the functional analysis from IT.

  • Test and validate releases after tool implementation, including UAT support.

  • Play an active role in change management, including creating training materials and providing training according to the existing change management methodology and toolkit.

  • Support the business in using IT tools post-implementation.

Profil


  • You have over 5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, identifying needs, drafting business requirements, and developing business processes.

  • A Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of BPMN and UML.

  • Good command of English (reading and writing) and excellent proficiency in Dutch or French (speaking, reading, writing), with the ability to understand the second national language.

  • Basic knowledge of SAP PM or willingness to learn.

  • Experience using EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira, and DevOps tools is a plus.

  • Experience in the electricity sector is an advantage.

  • Experience with the maintenance of industrial assets is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Willingness to challenge.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team. Capable of developing consensus and convincing various stakeholders.

  • Skilled in planning and organization.

  • Sufficient customer focus and flexibility.
