Rôles & Responsabilités
DynaFin consulting is looking for a functional application consultant for one of its customers located in Mechelen.
In the role of Functional Application Consultant, you will have the opportunity to undertake a job opportunity within an international organization in the FinTech sector, dealing with major clients operating in Wealth Management Business industry. The consultant must have experience with the eXimius tool.
Key responsibilities:
•You will work closely with clients mainly active in the Private Client Wealth Management space.
•Provide consultancy services to clients to assist in the implementation of the products.
•Describe how the product should be configured to support the client's (re-engineered) processes.
•Together with the clients and the Chief Business Consultants, you define and analyse business requirements and processes with the aim of creating the best solutions for the needs of our clients in the area of wealth management, CRM, order processing & digitalization. Present these enhancements to the product management board and work with the development team to implement the best possible solution.
•Advice the clients in strategic choices they are facing during the implementation or usage of eXimius.
•Organize and participate in regular customer review meetings.
•Being the 2nd line subject matter expert in resolving customer requests and issues in collaboration with involved parties.
•Training and supporting client's staff.
•Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction and report on it to the management.
•Identify opportunities for up-sell and additional services.
