Are you looking for an exciting internship in Human Resources, especially in recruitment?


We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team for 3 to 6 months, starting in November (with a flexible start date possible), along with opportunities in December and January.


Our offices are based near the heart of vibrant and dynamic Brussels, we're offering a hybrid setup with one flexible day of remote work per week.


This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the finance and insurance sectors while learning about key roles and career opportunities within these industries. This position offers a great way to build your skills, understand industry needs, and take your first steps toward a successful career.


 


Your Responsibilities:



  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage with potential candidates who fit our recruitment needs.

  • Review CVs and assess key competencies, helping us rank candidates based on their skills and experience.

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate both technical abilities and interpersonal skills, ensuring a great fit for DynaFin.

  • Help us refine and improve job postings to attract the best talent.

  • Assist in matching our consultants with new opportunities and support them during inter-mission periods.

  • Manage freelance collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

  • Assist in drafting and managing freelance contracts and documentation.


We also encourage you to bring innovative ideas to improve our recruitment process, using tools like AI to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Profil

Your Profile:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Finance/Economics, or a related field (such as Communication or Applied Foreign Languages).

  • Fluent in English and one or both national languages (FR/NL).

  • Eager to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to the team.

  • Attentive to detail, especially when reviewing CVs or preparing contracts.

  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success.

  • Comfortable thinking outside the box when it comes to finding talent and improving processes.
