For an assignement in Brussels, we are seeking a Test Coordinator with extensive experience in large-scale project coordination, particularly within securities services and fund administration, to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the functional and integration testing phases, leading the end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure a smooth onboarding process for asset management services.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Business and ICT teams.


• Coordination: Work closely with program leaders, the program manager, and asset manager representatives.


• Execution: Plan, organize, and monitor E2E test activities, ensuring timely progress and defect resolution.


• Communication: Provide regular updates on test progress through detailed reports and dashboards, and conduct daily meetings to discuss status and defects.


• Decision-Making: Participate in organizing and executing key decision meetings for each test iteration.

•  Experience: Proven 2 to 5 years of experience in coordinating large-scale projects involving multiple teams and departments.


• Skills: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to manage high-stress, large-scale deliveries.


• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from testers to senior management.


• Tool Proficiency: Experience with project management and testing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.


• Language: English fluency required, Dutch profiency is a bonus.


• Availability: start of early December preferably, early January possible.
