Rôles & Responsabilités

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to spearhead our expansion in Luxembourg. This role requires a deep understanding of the local financial services market, particularly within the banking and insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing consulting services and building strong client relationships.


 


 


Key Responsibilities:


· Market Development:


o Identify Target Segments: Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential segments within the Luxembourg financial services sector.


o Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Identify and target potential clients within the Luxembourg financial services sector, including banks, asset managers, funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.


o Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and LinkedIn outreach to engage key stakeholders.


o Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Luxembourg market, focusing on DynaFin’s core consulting services.


 


· Client Engagement:


o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.


o Understand client needs and align DynaFin’s service offerings to address these needs effectively.


o Consultative Selling: Engage potential clients in consultative selling, understanding their specific needs, and presenting DynaFin’s tailored consulting solutions.


o Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, ensuring regular follow-ups and personalized engagement.


 


· Sales Strategy and Execution:


o Achieve sales targets by closing new business deals and expanding relationships with existing clients.


o Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.


o Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to expand service offerings.


o Industry Events: Represent DynaFin at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.


o Partnership Development: Explore and establish strategic partnerships with local industry bodies, regulatory agencies, and complementary service providers to enhance market presence.


 


· Market Analysis and Reporting:


o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in Luxembourg.


o Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline development, and market conditions.

Profil

· Experience:


o Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the consulting industry in Luxembourg.


o Strong network within the Luxembourg financial services market, with a focus on banks, asset managers, funds and insurance companies.


o Demonstrated success in selling consulting services and managing client relationships.


 


· Skills:


o Fluency in French and English, Italian and German would be an asset


o Deep understanding of the Luxembourg financial market


o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


 


· Education:


o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
