Rôles & Responsabilités

Roles & Responsibilities


Within our client's Life Insurance department, a Life Insurance Business Analyst will join the Business Change & Monitoring team and support a portfolio migration project.


As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:



  • Defining associated requirements & formalize them in defined quality standards

  • Identifying the process impacts of migrating individual life insurance policies

  • Ensure business and IT understanding

  • Prepare and execute process & calculation tests

  • Act as intermediary between business & IT teams

  • Report regularly on the progress of your activities


  • Ensure effective collaboration with the many parties involved (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) & develop a relationship of trust with your customers and suppliers



Profil

What we are looking for? 



  • Someone who quickly picks up information, has an eye for noticing problems/ GAP's with existing processes and autonomously converts them into concrete actions.

  • Someone who can draft practical AS IS/TO BE situations/instructions notes in a fluent manner.

  • French and Dutch speaking with excellent writing skills

  • Autonomy and ability to show initiative (ressource will work autonomously on dedicated tasks)

  • Solution-oriented, attention to detail

  • Experienced in Life Insurance
