Your Missions:

• Requirement Gathering and Structuring: Identify and detail user needs, translating them into functional specifications to facilitate the IT teams' tasks.


• Risk Analysis: Assess and anticipate potential risks during the testing phases to ensure optimal scenario coverage.


• Project Coordination: Manage the project end-to-end, maintaining strategic alignment among all stakeholders and managing communication throughout the project lifecycle.


• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational processes to contribute to the excellence of the customer experience.

Your Profile:

• You have a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science, with at least 5 years of relevant business analysis experience.


• You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good command of English.


• Technical knowledge of front-end languages and architecture will be an added value to have a comprehensive vision of detailed needs.
