Your Responsibilities:

• Depending on your expertise, you will be involved in analyzing legal developments and development projects, ensuring alignment with qualitative requirements and impacts on processes.


• You will identify process impacts resulting from the migration of individual and group life insurance policies and work on their optimization.


• You will play a key role in testing, preparing, and executing process and calculation tests to ensure a flawless migration.


• As a pivot between business and IT teams, you will facilitate communication and ensure regular monitoring of project progress.

Your Profile:

• You have a Master's degree in Mathematics or Economics.


• You have at least 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance field, with a good understanding of products, processes, and specifics related to second-pillar pensions.


• You have excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.


• Autonomy and the ability to find innovative solutions to obtain necessary information.


• Proficiency in standard business/process analysis methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to be structured, organized, and pragmatic.


• Attention to detail, while maintaining an effective level of abstraction as per the context.


• Client and result-oriented, with a strong capacity to adapt and learn.
