Your Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Needs Identification and Definition: Understand the end-users' expectations, detail specific use cases, and draft clear functional specifications for the technical teams.

  • Risk Management: Proactively analyze risks associated with the testing phases, preparing adequate test scenarios to minimize unforeseen issues.

  • Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication among all stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Critically review current procedures and propose improvements aimed at optimizing the client experience.


Specific Contributions:



  • Actively participate in managing projects within financial services, including facilitating workshops and producing essential deliverables.

  • Assist in modeling and regularly updating business processes according to established standards.

  • Play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of client model data and supporting clients in structuring their process management approach.

  • Implement strategic project management methodologies and write functional documents to guide transformations.


 

Profil

Your Profile:



  • You hold a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, computer science, or a related field.

  • You have accrued 3 to 8 years of experience in a management consulting firm, with proven experience in drafting functional/technical specifications.

  • You are proficient in Temenos tools (T24, Triple’A Plus…), and have in-depth knowledge of portfolio management, order flows, and performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with the Luxembourg financial market is an asset.

  • You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is a plus.

  • You are a team player capable of working independently, resilient to stress, results-oriented, and able to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
