Your Responsibilities:

• Define the roadmap for card-related services in collaboration with partners and clients, leveraging data, market studies, and user needs.


• Ensure an end-to-end approach to services, aligning the roadmap with the company's overall strategy and translating needs into tangible features.


• Act as the primary point of contact for service partners, negotiating agreements, tracking delivery projects, and establishing appropriate governance.


• Collaborate with designers to develop a cutting-edge user experience, testing assumptions with users and ensuring technical feasibility with architects.


• Identify and resolve potential dependencies with other products or features, ensuring continuous improvement.


• Design the underlying business model for each service and manage the relationship with external suppliers for development and delivery of features.


• Define the marketing strategy for new services in collaboration with marketing teams.


• Ensure the timely delivery of products, features, and services, defining key performance indicators and monitoring their post-launch performance.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the credit and debit card industry.


• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.


• Work experience in the banking payments domain.


• Previous experience collaborating with external parties.


• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.


• Customer-oriented, capable of thinking from the user's perspective.


• Analytical skills to make decisions and establish priorities.


• Flexibility and ability to quickly integrate feedback.


• Curiosity and deep understanding of the market.


• Maturity and ability to independently solve problems.


• Ability to understand complex business models and propose partnerships.
