In order to expand our team, DynaFin is currently seeking a skilled trilingual Business Process Analyst Consultant to lead projects from inception to deployment. The incumbent will play a pivotal role to support our objectives and collaborate on various projects aimed at optimizing our client management processes.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyse concrete requirements from Business departments regarding client management and follow-up.
- Further develop business needs into actionable projects in collaboration with both business and IT departments.
- Assist the IT department during development phases, manage test phases with Business teams, and oversee manual editing and training preparation for end users.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and take initiatives to enhance the quality of client data through analysis and synergy development between the Data
warehouse and operational systems
- Analyse business requirements, synthesize findings, and create functional documentation for IT teams.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Coordinate with implementation teams and facilitate business testing.
- Support business architecture documentation within the referential domain.

Profil

- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, good knowledge of French.
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst (2-5 years), preferably in banking or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Business process modelling.
- Data modelling principles.
- Knowledge of testing processes and business architecture are desirable.
