Rôles & Responsabilités

From a content side, we expect you to:


 



  • Bear responsibility for :


o the accountancy and fiscal reporting of our client's funds (creation &; liquidation of such funds, parametrisation, accountancy checks, prepare annual reports, provide regulatory reports)


o execution of payments on behalf of the funds (manage & proof actual accounts, fiscal reporting, payment of bills)


o fund administration and reconciliation (NAV calculation and publication)


 



  • Work in close cooperation with internal and external parties, such as auditor        (regarding questions on annual reporting and accounting statistics), ExCo, SS&O, BEAMA, ...


 



  • Take up the change management needed for NAPP cases, projects, process updates, testing, optimisation & efficiency initiatives (RPA), ...


 


Within the oversight team, you will work in close cooperation with the colleagues in the SSC in Brno. You support and control the SSC colleagues in such a way that our client can :



  • guarantee correct NAV calculations

  • guarantee overall accounting and fiscal reporting

  • As a team you are responsible to capture and translate the changes initiated from projects, … on the NAV and Accounting business processes, so they are implemented correctly in SSC.

Profil

We are looking for someone with the following profile:



  • Knowledge of accountancy is an advantage, but not a must

  • You have an interest in financial figures and you have an eye for detail

  • You are eager to learn and to share your knowledge with others

  • You easily manage multiple jobs with different timings & deadlines

  • You are a team player, who is also able to focus on individual assignments

  • You have the ability to work under time pressure

  • You have analytical skills 

  • You are interested in financial markets

  • You have good oral and written communication skills in English

  • You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
