DynaFin Consulting is recruiting its future Consultant Financial Services to join its team of experts and meet the increasing demand for innovative solutions in the field of Data Engineering and Data Management. 

Responsibilities: 

• Participate in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data engineering-related products.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate those needs into features and requirements for development teams.


• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and user stories based on business value and strategic objectives.


• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery of features and products.


• Proactively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding of decisions made regarding the products.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 to 5 years' experience in this field and role


• You are fluent in Dutch and French as well as English


• Previous experience as a product owner / business analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in the financial or information technology sector.


• In-depth knowledge of Agile software development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.


• Big Data and AI fascinates you


• Experience with Cloud and AWS is a plus


• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of data engineering concepts, databases, and data analysis tools.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively while managing priorities and deadlines.
