DynaFin is expanding its team of financial consultants in insurance. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project / Program Manager in data migration. Your Responsibilities:

• Lead all data migration activities, from initial analysis to integration and validation of data in the target systems.


• Develop detailed project plans, identify necessary resources, oversee execution to ensure delivery within timeframes and budgets, and estimate project costs at various stages to ensure rigorous financial management.


• Develop and refine the data migration strategy of the program, ensuring alignment with the overall IT program objectives.


• Implement performance indicators and quality metrics to monitor and ensure the compliance of migrated data with company standards.


• Provide regular progress reports to program management and steering committees, facilitating decision-making and strategy adjustments as needed.


• The ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners across the organization to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

Your Profile:

• You have over 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a specific focus on managing data migration projects.


• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.


• Expertise ideally in cloud environments, with a technical understanding that enables dialogue with IT teams.


• You have consulting experience and a good ability to adapt.


• Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate a team. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
