The length of the internship is flexible, ranging from 3 to 6 months.


 


Your responsibilities :


 



  • Relentless Talent Hunting: Explore the intricacies of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to unearth exceptional talent that matches the company's recruitment needs.


 



  • Competency Scouting: Analyse CVs with an eagle eye, identify key competencies and rank them according to our criteria of excellence.


 



  • Impactful interviews: Engage in fascinating interviews to probe the technical skills (hard skills) and interpersonal skills (soft skills) of candidates, in search of those who will shine at DynaFin.


 



  • Creator of Attractiveness: Reinvent our job offers to make them irresistible, while creating original publications that capture the attention of the most talented candidates.


 



  • Follow-up of consultants on inter-missionn: submit consultants to the opportunities we receive 


 



  • Monitor collaboration with our freelance partners


 



  • Drawing up freelance contracts and ensuring that all documents are in order


 


 


Leveraging ChatGPT Innovation: Use ChatGPT's innovative technology to optimise our recruitment processes, from initial search to candidate interaction, for a smarter, smoother recruitment experience. These dynamic tasks will put you at the heart of the recruitment action, enabling you to identify, attract and select the best talent while reinforcing our image as an employer.

Your profile :


 



  • 🎓 You are studying Bachelor or Master  in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology or Finance/Economics

  • 💬 Bilingual EN/FR 

  • Fiery passion: Motivation that burns within you and the determination of an adventurer ready to take bold initiatives to achieve any goal.

  • Fearless Explorer: Always eager to learn, you'll be thirsty to discover new talents and explore hidden skills.

  • Team player: Able to work in collaboration with our dynamic talent hunters.
