In order to expand our team, DynaFin, is currently seeking a Data Analyst to be the bridge between business stakeholders and data engineers. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimizing data processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Interview stakeholders to gather business requirements.


• Analyze and translate key data and information.


• Write a feasibility study: high-level architecture of how data will be delivered, what the requirements are, service level agreements, etc.


• Describe functional mapping to objectives.


• Model and define transformation rules to meet organizational needs and requirements.


• Assist and participate in data validation and cleansing to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the chain.


• Provide reports that enable the 'business' to make decisions.

• You have a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science,

• You have at least 3 years of experience in analysing data (such as customer-centric data, reference data, transactional data, accounting data,...).

• You are fluent in English and one of the two national languages (French - Dutch).

• Knowledge of Data Modeling

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge Python/pyspark, PowerBI/Tableau, Excel

• Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, motivated, excellent communicator, autonomous, analytical mind, time management skills, team spirit, proactive.
