We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with AML expertise to contribute to transformative projects that enhance AML processes, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions. 

 
The team in which the Business Analyst will work is responsible for maintaining existing AML processes and assets. It is also responsible for improving these processes and assets, as well as implementing new AML policies.
Next year, the focus will be on the replacement of an AML tool (Netreveal), to which the Business Analyst will contribute.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to uncover and define requirements that align with organizational objectives.


• Serve as the critical interface between business stakeholders, project owners, and technical teams.


• Bridge business goals with IT capabilities, ensuring alignment and feasibility.


• Utilize advanced conceptual modeling techniques to understand and refine business models.


• Address risks, manage quality standards, and resolve issues efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.


• Contribute to the replacement and integration of AML tools, ensuring smooth transitions and process enhancements.

• Fluent in FR/EN/NL.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methodologies.

• Good expertise in MS Office.

• Good understanding of work flow processes.

• Stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in AML environment (operational experience is a plus).

• Soft skills: Analytical mind – conceptual thinking, Negotiation and persuasion skills, Structured approach, Able to work independently, Problem-solver, Quality-oriented with an attention to details.
